Eric Kripke's critically acclaimed show put hunter Sam Winchester and his brother, Dean, into dangerous situations with various monsters and their family business didn't help Sam and Dean develop long-term relationships. Supernatural season 1 showed Dean reigniting his old flame, Cassie, in episode 13. Although Sam Winchester had more love interests than Dean, surprisingly, Dean exhibited perhaps the most serious relationship of the whole show with Lisa.
