Willow Spring High School welcomes first-year science teacher ahead of new school year FUQUAY-VARINA, N.C. (WTVD) -- As the countdown to the first day of class continues for most Triangle school districts, teachers are working hard to ensure students have a successful return to school on Monday. A 2026 graduate of NC State University and Wake County Public School System's Future Teachers Program, Tomczak will teach chemistry and physical science during the 2026-27 school year.
