Diallo, Waitara picked to chair TFRA and TANAPA boards President Samia Suluhu Hassan has appointed Anthony Diallo to chair the Tanzania Fertilizer Regulatory Authority (TFRA)’s board of directors. Head of State also appointed a retired Chief of Defense Force General George Waitara as the chairperson for Tanzania National Parks (TANAPA) board for the consecutive term.
