We’ve tested dozens of pieces of GreenPan cookware side-by-side with competition—both ceramic-coated and traditional nonstick—in the Good Housekeeping Institute Kitchen & Cooking Lab. As a contributing product analyst in the Lab, I’ve personally tested many GreenPan products, including a beloved slushie maker, a celebrity-backed pizza oven, and six of the 11 GreenPan cookware sets we’ve gotten our hands on in the Lab. GreenPan also produced several cookware sets in partnership with chef Bobby Flay, including a professional ceramic nonstick set, a coated stainless steel set, and a copper-clad set, which we recently tested.
