Authorities in Passaic County announced that based upon an investigation by the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit, Keshawn Harley, 38 years old, from Paterson, was arrested in connection to a sexual assault that took place on June 16, 2023 Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes stated that Keshawn Harley is charged with Sexual Assault, second-degree, Aggravated Assault, third-degree, and the Disorderly Persons offense of Simple Assault. Officials said that on June 17, 2023, an adult female victim reported that she had been sexually assaulted and physically assaulted on June 16, 2023, in the area of 10th Avenue in East 26th Street in Paterson States fault.
