Unbridled arrogance, compulsive ethnocentrism, and an unchallenged belief in their country's goodness (despite a colossal record of crimes and deliberate evil, not to mention their ubiquitousness), have made Americans insufferable to many people around the globe, people, however, who lack the American empire's tools of international intrusiveness.
