MADISONVILLE, Ky. (July 28, 2025) – As work continues along I-69 in Madisonville, motorists should anticipate delays and ramp closures in the northbound lanes this week. A contractor working for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will begin working on the northbound slow lane of the interstate on Monday night. Paving will follow this schedule: southbound fast lane, northbound fast lane, southbound slow lane and northbound slow lane. Ramps will be resurfaced during the paving of the slow lane in each direction. The work is part of the ongoing $10 million interstate repair project along a 4.34-mile section of I-69 in Madisonville.
