MADISONVILLE Ky. – Sunday marked 28 years since Charles C. Massey went missing in Hopkins County. In wake of the anniversary, Kentucky State Police Post 2 is requesting any information from the public relevant to this cold case. Charles C. Massey, 29 when he went missing in 1997, of Madisonville, was last seen delivering Easter baskets to individuals in the Madisonville area.
