Tim Finley was presented a special award for his life-saving actions to a medical emergency call. On Nov. 13, the Clarksville Police Department presented its Lifesaver Award to Finley for his actions that ultimately saved the man’s life. Finley’s actions bring great credit to himself, the Clarksville Police Department, and to the citizens of Clarksville,” Clarksville Police said in a news release.
