India recorded the highest number of enforced removals from Canada in the first half of 2026, with 3,323 Indian nationals removed from the country, according to the latest statistics released by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). The figures are contained in the CBSA’s official immigration removal statistics, which provide a breakdown of enforced removals by the citizenship of those removed. In the first six months of 2026, the CBSA recorded 2,257 removals involving departure orders, 2,140 involving exclusion orders and 6,210 involving deportation orders.
