SAILING: A schoolgirl from Phuket had double reason for celebration after winning two titles at an Asian sailing competition held in Taiwan earlier this week. Sanctioned under the Asian Sailing Federation (ASAF) and managed via the Racing Rules of Sailing platform, the five-day event saw participants from seven Asian countries in various age categories for both boys and girls. Suchanya, who studies at Pluk Panya Municipal School in Talat Nuea, demonstrated fine technical sailing skills and great composure under pressure from a talented field to emerge in first place in both categories.
