The City of Lincoln Council is working with developers on the Charterholme project on Skellingthorpe Road, where up to 3,200 homes could be built over the next 10 years. Outline permission has already been given for these homes, and more detailed plans are being submitted for a few hundred homes at a time. East Lindsey's market towns are also seeing their share of development, with plans submitted for 335 new homes on Legbourne Road in Louth earlier this year.
