North East Lincolnshire Council gave its section permission earlier this year, and West Lindsey District Council is likely to do the same at a meeting next week, despite local objections. North East Lincolnshire's planning committee described it as a "win-win" when they gave permission in April, producing renewable energy and supporting the farm it was located on. Riby Grange Farm's Harry Burt told the committee: "My family have been farming in the area for over 50 years and are committed to the area and care about it deeply."
