MINNEAPOLIS — Voters in Minnesota's eight congressional districts selected their choices in primary voting that ended on Tuesday, Aug. 11, and several November races are now taking shape. Tyler Bass was leading Quentin Wittrock 59.2% to 40.7%, with almost 5,000 votes counted in the District 3 Republican primary as of 9:17 p.m. Tuesday night. With more than 150,000 votes counted in the DFL primary at about 10:30 p.m., Omar had 81% of the vote.
