He was born on Jan. 17, 1962, in Queens, New York, and lived a life filled with a deep love for the outdoors, a passion for craftsmanship, and, above all, an unwavering devotion to his family. Michael is survived by his beloved mother, Constance Waters; his devoted wife of 25 years, Cindy Moretti; his cherished daughter, Rachelle Moretti; his brother, Anthony Michael Waters and wife, Lauri; his uncle, Frederick K. Moretti; and his adored grandsons, Hayden and Rhylan Morgan. Michael will be remembered for his skilled hands, his love of outdoors, his passion for his work, and most of all, the love and devotion he had for his family.
