Pitreavie Castle Care Home, on Castle Drive, has received three grades of four, classed as good, and two grades of three, classed as adequate. The home said it had since carried out a programme of improvements, working with residents, relatives, staff and the Care Inspectorate. They said the home remained committed to improving standards and making sure residents feel “safe, valued and truly at home”.
