There were times when we had to wear our dress-up clothes and at other times we could be more casual. The times were different so wearing a suit and tie wasn’t a big deal during my college days. I began learning those lessons while I was an undergraduate student at Johnson C. Smith University, an HBCU in Charlotte, North Carolina.
