Associated Newspapers, the parent of The Daily Mail, said it would seek legal costs for a trial that cost it $45.8 million. At the level of insurance coverage, that Harry and the others have, they “would reasonably expect to be insured for the total of Associated’s incurred costs and approved estimated costs,” Nicholas Bacon said.
