The parents of a 2-month-old boy were indicted in connection to his death in New Jersey, the local prosecutor's office announced Wednesday. Jason Megaro, 27, and of Mount Carmel, Pennsylvania, and Jenae Vasquez, 20, of The Bronx, were arrested Tuesday and are facing charges of first-degree aggravated manslaughter and endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office. The Regional Medical Examiner determined the cause of death to be complications from blunt force injuries to the head and the manner of death to be homicide, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office said.
