Il Maremmano – already known to Brixton as a Tuscan apericena bar on Tulse Hill – has evolved into something else: South London’s only Italian Hi-Fi listening bar. Music is now programmed every night the bar is open, Thursday to Saturday, with resident curatorial duo Here On Earth at the helm and a rotating cast of guest DJs. Il Maremmano serves regional specialities from the Maremma – the wild coastal region of southern Tuscany known for its wild boar, seafood and vineyards.
