Historian and author Jack Jewers will appear in Yorkshire as part of a mini Yorkshire tour to celebrate the life of Samuel Pepys. The Wednesday, September 9 event at Wave of Nostalgia, Haworth, will centre around Mr Jewers' latest novel, Seething Lane, which reimagines Pepys as a detective. Mr Jewers will discuss his inspiration, the historical context of his work, and the enduring influence of one of Britain’s most famous diarists.
