Earlier this week the Winkworth company, led by Simon Agace’s son Dominic, initiated High Court proceedings against Simon Agace. Simon Agace had allegedly breached “certain provisions” of his contract dating back to 2009, and allegedly breached duties related to his role as a director under the Companies Act. Simon Agace was Winkworth’s chief executive for 30 years until stepping down in 2004 and handing over to his son, current chief executive Dominic Agace.
