CLEVELAND (CN) — Over 400,000 people accessed a Dropbox folder that included a nude photo of the two-year-old daughter of Ohio Representative Max Miller and his ex-wife Emily Moreno after Miller’s attorney published a swath of images online, Moreno claims in a lawsuit. Moreno says she never gave Miller or his attorney consent to publish the images in the Dropbox folder and seeks $150,000 in statutory damages for each time an individual accessed, transferred, or downloaded the sensitive image. “Miller specifically distributed the link to try to publicly humiliate and discredit Ms. Moreno, acting without her permission or consent, and uncaringly using a nude image of his daughter in the process,” Moreno says in the complaint.
