East & Co., a new market hall, restaurant, bar and community gathering space, is now open at 2100 Central Ave. in BioMed Realty’s Flatiron Park. The project transforms an existing two-story office building into an all-day dining and amenity space designed to serve Flatiron Park’s life sciences and technology workforce as well as the broader East Boulder community. Working Title Food Group founder Josh Dinar described the goal as creating a central gathering place for East Boulder and its growing technology and health-focused workforce.
