A convicted sex offender who carried out sexual assaults while working as a stripper is still hiring himself out despite telling the courts that he had quit, The Press and Journal can reveal. As recently as June this year, when Kennedy appeared in Aberdeen Sheriff Court for breaching the rules of the sex offenders register, his solicitor again stated he had “given up his employment in the circumstances”. When our reporter contacted Kennedy under the guise of booking his services, he told us in a text message: “Male strippers aren’t technically legal in Scotland anymore so to get around that we’d recommend a naked party butler.”
