Between 4pm and 8pm this individual allegedly threatened to harm someone he knows, threatened to harm himself, attempted to strike another vehicle with his own, fled from police by vehicle and on foot. At approximately 6:40pm, the suspect followed the victim to the Schodack Police Department parking lot, where the suspect struck the victim's vehicle with his before fleeing the scene. A family member of the victim was able to remove one child from the suspect's vehicle prior to him fleeing, but the second child remained in his car.
