A.S. (Ipeks Geothermal), a subsidiary of Alarko Holding, are planning to drill 13 news wells (10 production and 3 reinjection) to support capacity expansion of their geothermal greenhouse facilities in the Merkez district of Afyonkarahisar, Türkiye. Ipeks Geothermal holds the geothermal operating license IR:122 covering 2837.56 hectares across the villages of Ismail, Cakir, and Sadikbey in the Merkez district. A majority of the production wells, as well as all three reinjection wells, will be located in the village of Ismail.
