The Vice President of Retail Services is a strategic and transformational leader responsible for the overall direction, performance, and operational excellence of the Credit Union’s retail branch network and member-facing sales and business development initiatives. Guided by the Credit Union’s mission, promise, and core values, the VP of Retail Services will foster a high-performing, relationship-focused retail culture centered on operational excellence, leadership development, sustainable growth, and community impact.
