Infinity Metals expands Swansea copper project area in Arizona

The company currently holds full ownership over all newly acquired claims, growing the project’s total tenure to cover more than 5km of strike length along interpreted mineralised structures that include historical workings and mineral occurrences. According to the company, the Swansea site has a history of structurally controlled copper mineralisation, with previous mining delivering a total of 29 million pounds of copper at an average head grade of 2.43% over the life of the mine. Infinity executive chairman Adrian Byass said: “As work continues, we have confirmed areas which could host extensions and repeats of the high-grade copper mineralisation previously mined at Swansea.
