The new Route 45 bus made its first trip to the Navy Yard on Tuesday as SEPTA officials touted the benefits of the service. From Center City, the Route 45 bus has stops at 12th and Noble and 12th and Market streets. The Navy Yard is home to more than 150 employers with upwards of 16,000 workers. One route loops between SEPTA's NRG Station on the Broad Street Line and several points in the Navy Yard. The Center City Express shuttle to the Navy Yard boards on Market Street at 11th, Sixth and Fourth streets.
