McDonald’s has teased a line of Hello Kitty and Godzilla collaboration Happy Meal toys.
Recommended VideosThe short trailer for the campaign features a Happy Meal box sitting on a boat floating at sea.
Then, Hello Kitty, dressed as Godzilla, emerges from the water and approaches the ship.
That being said, it’s unclear whether we’ll be seeing the exact same mascot-and-kaiju pairs in the McDonald’s Happy Meals as in the original Toho and Sanrio collaboration.
The Hello Kitty and Godzilla toys will appear in McDonald’s Happy Meals across the United States on August 18, 2026.
