Sen. Darline Graham and Rep. Ralph Norman were the top two finishers in Tuesday’s special election for the Republican Senate nomination in South Carolina. Norman was endorsed in that race by former South Carolina Gov. Although Graham received roughly one-third of the votes on Tuesday, nearly two-thirds of primary voters chose another candidate.
