Campus Reform reports:Colleges to mark Sept. 11 anniversary for students born after attacksThe 25th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks is prompting colleges and universities across the country to host remembrance events featuring public officials, survivors, first responders, and educators. The National September 11 Memorial & Museum says that more than 100 million Americans are now too young to remember the attacks, underscoring the importance of educating younger generations about Sept. 11 and its lasting impact. The Center for Citizenship and Constitutional Government says this year’s panelists will discuss their experiences and reflect on the legacy of Sept. 11. The college will also host a remembrance exhibit in Watson Library from Aug. 31 through Sept. 18, featuring photographs, videos, World Trade Center artifacts, and community reflections honoring those affected by Sept. 11. South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota, is also marking the anniversary with a remembrance program featuring Brig.
