Regula has launched a major forensics update for the Brazilian Federal Police, continuing a long-standing partnership. It supports inspection of embossed features, ink differentiation, RFID chip reading and automated document verification, “allowing forensic experts to conduct comprehensive examinations without switching between multiple tools.” The system runs on Regula Forensic Studio, the company’s forensic examination software platform for image examination, comparative analysis and reporting. The result is stronger analytical capabilities that also support the police’s long-term effort to standardize forensic document examination workflows across its laboratory network. “We are proud that Regula’s technologies now support the Brazilian Federal Police in strengthening and standardizing forensic examinations nationwide.”
