The pressure group is demanding that the OSP disclose whether it has opened an investigation into the allegations and provide an update on any action taken so far. PAGA said anyone identified as having benefited from, facilitated or participated in the alleged payments should be subjected to investigation. It specifically mentioned former Power Minister Dr Kwabena Donkor, who it said should be required to account for any alleged payments, gifts, travel arrangements or other benefits connected to the matter. The group said administrative action, including interdiction, should also be considered where the evidence justifies such measures while investigations are ongoing. The group said authorities must follow the evidence wherever it leads and ensure that any person implicated in the alleged transactions is investigated without fear or favour.
