His attorney, Toby Shook, filed a four-page motion Monday after prosecutors expanded their list from 194 names to 264. The list includes people connected to slain rapper Mo3, as well as figures from Beezy’s personal and professional circles. He is asking for a narrowed, “good-faith” list by August 14 and wants prosecutors to identify any rebuttal witnesses separately. The motion also seeks to keep previously undisclosed witnesses off the stand unless prosecutors can demonstrate good cause and provide reasonable notice.
