Her attorney, Alan Kraminsky, told the judge that prosecutors wanted the hearing delayed while Milania completes the course. Milania was arrested May 14 after police were called to the home Teresa shares with her husband, Luis “Louie” Ruelas. According to police, Milania’s sister Gabriella Giudice called 911 and reported that her “sister [was] acting erratically.” Authorities alleged Milania struck another person in the forehead with her fist.
