BISMARCK — Construction is scheduled to begin Monday, Sept. 7, on Eighth Avenue Southwest/County Road 21 south of Interstate 94 Exit 292 in Valley City, North Dakota. The mill and overlay project covers approximately 500 feet south of the interchange. Flaggers will be present at times to assist traffic through the work zoneThe project is expected to be completed Monday, Sept. 14. The North Dakota Department of Transportation said drivers should slow down and be prepared for changing traffic patterns in work zones.
