Canadian director Cal Brunker returns once again to help bring one of the biggest franchises in animation back to the big screen this weekend with Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie. A veteran of many animated features (including Escape from Planet Earth and The Nut Job 2), Montreal born Brunker has worked alongside writing and business partner Bob Barlen on all of the Paw Patrol theatrically released films so far. Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie finds the loveable canine heroes washed ashore on a strange island where dinosaurs still walk the earth. With a voice cast that includes the likes of Snoop Dogg, Paris Hilton, Mckenna Grace, Terry Crews, and Jennifer Hudson, Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie hearkens back to the kinds of big scale action-adventure movies that made Brunker want to pursue moviemaking in his youth.
