Local restaurant launches three-course summer tasting menuEmre introduces seasonal dishes, cocktails, and tasting menus– The Ava Hotel Paso Robles, Curio Collection by Hilton, has introduced summer menus, cocktails, and events at Emre. The restaurant’s summer menu includes seasonal crudo with ahi tuna, Wagyu beef tartare, cucumber salad, grilled Might Cap maitake mushroom, Gundigai lamb ribs, and Moroccan-spiced Babe Farms carrots. The menu includes caviar service, Wagyu beef tartare, ahi tuna tartare, and a mezze board. Guests may choose Jidori chicken, American Wagyu beef, or an Iberico pork skewer from the wood-fire grill. The cocktail menu includes “Little Luxuries,” a variation of a lychee martini made with Japanese strawberry-infused gin and house-made strawberry caviar.
