BEMIDJI — Fulton Brewing announced it is acquiring Bemidji Brewing Company and launching True North Beverage.
In an announcement Tuesday, Aug. 11, Fulton Brewing said True North Beverage is a new Minnesota-based collective created to give locally rooted craft beverage brands shared resources for growth.
Through the acquisition, Bemidji Brewing now joins Fulton Brewing, Finnegans and N*RC Sparkling THC Waters in the True North Beverage portfolio, which will share production, sales, marketing, distribution, purchasing and administrative resources.
