DULUTH — A full closure of Interstate 35 will begin at 10 p.m. Monday, Aug. 17, and will remain in place until 5 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, as the Minnesota Department of Transportation works to replace beams for the pedestrian bridge over I-35.
During the closure, vehicle traffic will be detoured on I-535 to Garfield Avenue to Railroad Street to Fifth Avenue West.
