— A Rapid City man was arrested late last night after police say he threatened a motorist with a knife at a busy intersection.
Police say Chee pulled into a nearby parking lot, where officers conducted a felony-level traffic stop.
Officers found a knife inside Chee's vehicle.
Chee was arrested on aggravated assault and driving without a valid license charges and taken to the Pennington County Jail.
