A body has been recovered following a search and rescue operation at a Wiggins water park. The Wiggins Police Department said that on Tuesday around 5:27 p.m., officers were dispatched to Flint Creek Water Park in response to a call regarding an adult male who appeared to be drowning. First responders located and recovered the individual from the water. “The Wiggins Police Department would like to express its sincere appreciation to the Wiggins Fire Department, Harrison County Fire Rescue, and all assisting agencies for their tireless efforts throughout this incident,” a statement from the Wiggins Police Department said. “The professionalism, teamwork, and dedication displayed by all responding personnel were instrumental in bringing this difficult situation to a resolution.”
