Odisha’s rural products are getting a national and international platform as the Odisha Rural Development and Marketing Society (ORMAS) participates in the Bharatiya Vyapar Mahotsav (BVM) 2026 in New Delhi for the first time. ORMAS showcases products from all 30 Odisha districtsThe ORMAS pavilion features a wide range of products that reflect Odisha’s rich craft traditions and rural entrepreneurship. Rural producer groups, artisans, weavers and entrepreneurs from across the state are getting an opportunity to present their products before national and international buyers. The organisation is using the platform to create B2B business opportunities and stronger market linkages for Odisha’s rural producers. The initiative aims to help Odisha’s rural products reach wider markets while creating new avenues for business and livelihood opportunities.
