33-Year-Old Man Killed In Early Morning Johnston County CrashJOHNSTON COUNTY, N.C. – A 33-year-old Willow Spring man was killed early Wednesday morning after his car ran off a western Johnston County road. The single-vehicle crash was reported around 12:01 a.m. Aug. 12 in the 1200 block of Jackson King Road near Dupree Road, outside Angier. According to the N.C. State Highway Patrol, a 1997 Lexus was traveling eastbound on Jackson King Road at a high rate of speed when the driver lost control while negotiating a curve. The driver, identified as Nathan Lawrence Hudson, 33, of Willow Spring, was the only person in the vehicle. The crash remains under investigation by the N.C. State Highway Patrol.
