The footage, taken near Bromyard, shows the effects of what appears to be a wildfire, which has left a large part of a field and a garden area blackened and scorched. The lane where emergency services have been responding to the incident is between Bromyard and the Downs road, not far from the junction for the Malvern road towards Acton Beauchamp. Earlier, four fire engines, including ones from Peterchurch and Wyre Forest fire stations, could be seen at the scene, along with a fire officer, who was also present. Police closed the lane to motorists earlier this afternoon, preventing access from the A-road. We are seeking further information from both West Mercia Police and Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service.
