A death investigation in Regina has officially been deemed a homicide, with a 19-year-old woman facing multiple charges after two people were found dead outside an Elphinstone Street residence early Tuesday morning. Officers responded to the 1100 block of Elphinstone Street around 4:30 a.m. on August 11 following a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, police located two deceased individuals—a 42-year-old woman and a 37-year-old man—outside a home. At the request of their families, the names of the victims are not being released at this time.
