Telefónica España has renewed its certifications for the UNE 19601:2025 Criminal Prevention Management System and the ISO 37001:2025 Anti-Bribery Management System with EQA, an international certification, inspection, and verification body accredited by ENAC (National Accreditation Entity). Likewise, these certifications demonstrate that Telefónica España’s Criminal Prevention Management System incorporates the necessary elements to prevent, detect, and manage criminal risks associated with the commission of crimes within the company. Telefónica España has held these certifications for more than six years, maintaining and improving its processes—both to conduct criminal risk analysis across all its activities in the telecommunications and digital business sectors, and to control and mitigate those criminal risks through various prevention and detection measures.
