ARTHALAND Corp. has secured approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a preferred share offering of up to P3 billion to fund property development, redeem outstanding preferred shares, and support other corporate requirements.
In a media release on Wednesday, the SEC said its Commission En Banc approved Arthaland’s registration statement covering up to four million preferred shares.
The offering includes an oversubscription option of up to two million additional shares, subject to the company’s compliance with regulatory requirements, the SEC said.
Arthaland expects to net about P2.96 billion if the oversubscription option is fully exercised.
The offer period will run from Sept. 14 to 18, with the preferred shares scheduled for issuance and listing on the Main Board of the Philippine Stock Exchange on Sept. 25.
